Es la quinta vez que vamos. La situación es estupenda, cerca de dos paradas de metro: Bayswater y Queensway (una a 4 y la otra a 6 minutos caminando). Los apartamentos bien equipados. El personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. Cualquier petición que hicimos no hubo que repetirla y al volver al hotel lo habían solucionado.

La habitación estaba bien de tamaño para 4 personas pero no la localización en la planta LG.

The rooms were nice and clean. Close to the center of London - easy to get to the underground. Good location. We were traveling with two children, 7 and 11 - no problem. The only thing bad was, that the rooms were very hot.

EL PRIMER APARTAMENTO QUE NOS DIERON ESTABA EQUIVOCADO (DOS CAMAS DOBLES EN LUGAR DE UNA DOBLE Y DOS SEPARADAS). TENIA UNA DISPOSICION MUY INCOMODA, ERA FRIO Y PEQUENISIMO PARA 4 PERSONAS; DESPUES DE PROTESTAR NOS LO CAMBIARON POR UNO MEJOR Y MAS CONFOR EL DESAYUNO NO ESTA MAL, UN PCOO CARO PARA LO QUE ES. LA SITUACION DEL HOTEL ES BUENA, EN PLANO NOTTING HILL.
